1. Who is responsible

With love, FMB is operated by Francine Marie Bautista. Privacy questions and account requests may be sent to withlovefmb@gmail.com.

2. Information processed

• Profile information: full name, username, verified email, biography, interests, avatar, role, account status, and joined date.
• Authentication information: account identifiers, email verification state, session information, and password reset events. Passwords are processed by the authentication provider and are not visible to administrators.
• Private member content: journal entries and saved-content records.
• Community content: submitted alias, post, moderation status, review notes, and publishing dates.
• Messages: name, email, subject, message, message type, and resolution status.
• Technical records: limited logs produced by hosting, authentication, storage, and security services to keep the website available and prevent misuse.

3. Why information is used

Information is used to create and secure profiles, verify access, provide member tools, save requested content, moderate community posts, answer messages, manage approved resources and media, prevent abuse, maintain the website, and respond to privacy or account requests. Information will not be used for unrelated advertising without a separate clear choice.

4. Private journals

Journal entries are protected by account-level database permissions and are intended to be readable only by the member who created them. Administrators and moderators are not given a journal-reading feature. Members should still avoid storing passwords, financial credentials, medical records, or information that would create serious harm if exposed.

5. Community posts

Community posts remain private to the submitting member and authorized moderators while they are pending, rejected, or returned for changes. When a post is approved, the chosen alias, post content, and publication date become public. Do not submit another person’s private information, contact details, or identifying story without permission.

6. Profile photos and public media

A member who uploads an avatar chooses to make that image available as part of the profile system. Administrators may upload approved website images and audio to public media storage. Upload only material you own or are authorized to use.

7. Service providers

The website may rely on GitHub Pages for public hosting, Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services, and other providers clearly shown when external content or links are used. These providers process limited information under their own terms and security practices. The website does not place service-role database credentials in public browser code.

8. Retention

Profile information is normally kept while an account remains active. Journals, saved items, and unpublished community posts remain until the member removes them or requests account closure, subject to technical, security, legal, or backup limitations. Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, document the request, prevent abuse, or meet a lawful obligation. Published community posts may remain public until removed through moderation or a valid request.

9. Security

The website uses verified authentication, row-level database permissions, protected administrator functions, restricted uploads, input validation, and role checks. No online service can promise absolute security. Suspected misuse or a possible privacy incident should be reported promptly to the contact email.

10. Your choices

• Update profile information from the member dashboard.
• Delete private journal entries and saved items.
• Request access to available account information.
• Request correction, restriction, deletion, or account closure when applicable.
• Withdraw a community submission before publication by contacting the administrator.
• Ask a privacy question without creating another account.

11. Children and sensitive information

The member system is not designed to collect information from children without appropriate consent and safeguards. The website also does not ask members to place medical diagnoses, government identification numbers, financial credentials, or similarly sensitive records in journals or community posts.

12. Emergency support

Contact forms, community posts, and private journals are not monitored as emergency services. For immediate danger or crisis support, use the public emergency contacts on the homepage.

13. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be dated and presented clearly. When a change affects the basis on which member information is processed, members may be asked to review and accept the updated version.
