1. The service

With love, FMB offers public reading and support information, plus optional member tools such as profiles, saved content, private journals, and moderated community submissions. Features may change as the website is improved.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

Use an email address you control and provide information that is accurate enough to maintain and secure the account. Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive profiles, or use an account to evade a previous suspension.

3. Account security

• Keep the password private and use a strong, unique password.
• Sign out on shared devices.
• Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
• Do not attempt to access another member’s account, journal, messages, or administrative tools.

4. Community participation

Community posts are reviewed before publication. Submission does not guarantee publication. Posts may be rejected, returned for changes, unpublished, or removed when they violate the Community Guidelines, create safety concerns, disclose private information, or expose the website to legal or operational risk.

5. Private journals

Journals are provided as a personal writing tool, not as medical, psychological, legal, or emergency support. Do not use the journal as the only place to seek help during immediate danger. Avoid storing passwords, financial credentials, government identification numbers, or records that would create serious harm if exposed.

6. Ownership and permission

You retain responsibility for material you submit. By asking for a community post to be published, you give With love, FMB permission to display that approved post on the website until it is removed. Do not upload or submit content you do not own or have permission to use.

7. Prohibited use

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, exploitation, stalking, or targeted humiliation.
• Instructions encouraging self-harm, violence, abuse, illegal activity, or dangerous medical behavior.
• Spam, fraud, phishing, malicious code, scraping, credential attacks, or attempts to bypass security.
• Publishing another person’s private or identifying information without permission.
• Presenting unverified health information as diagnosis or professional treatment.

8. Suspension and termination

An account may be suspended to protect members, investigate misuse, comply with a lawful requirement, or stop repeated violations. When practical and safe, the member may be told the reason and how to ask for review. Serious abuse, security attacks, or repeated evasion may lead to permanent closure.

9. Availability and changes

The website may be interrupted for maintenance, security, hosting problems, or events outside reasonable control. Features may be corrected, limited, or removed when they are unsafe, inaccurate, unaffordable, or no longer useful. No promise of uninterrupted availability is made.

10. No professional relationship

Reading materials, community posts, music, and future digital companions are educational and supportive. They do not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, lawyer-client, or emergency-response relationship.

11. Privacy

Account and content handling is explained in the Privacy Policy. Creating a profile records the versions of the membership, privacy, and community documents accepted during registration.
